Delivery

Trimnexa calculates delivery when you check out, using the seller's shop city and your delivery city in Cameroon.

• How delivery is calculated

  Each seller ships from their shop city. After you choose a delivery address, Trimnexa shows the delivery fee and estimated timeline for that seller before you pay.

• Cities across Cameroon

  Add a delivery address with your region and city. You can manage saved addresses from Your Account so checkout can reuse them.

• Paid orders stay protected

  After payment, funds are held in escrow while the seller prepares shipment. They are released when you confirm receipt, or when the return window ends.

• Returns

  If something is wrong with an order, you can request a return from your orders. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
